I placed this order on May 6 for delivery May 8, planning on missing the Mother's Day rush. I gave my phone number in case there were any questions with delivery and specified that this was a SURPRISE. Later that evening I got an email that the flowers had been delivered. Great! The next evening I asked if the flowers had arrived the day before. No, they had not. They were home much of the day, no delivery and when returning home from errands there was nothing there. The address is correct and not difficult to find. Now the florist is closed over the holiday weekend and this issue cannot be addressed before Monday. What a disappointment this has been. I am writing an updated review to clarify the rectifying actions taken and I am very satisfied. My husband was able to reach Michelle at the florist on Sunday morning and I gave her the order number and explained that although the delivery was claimed to have been made, there were never any flowers delivered. She apologized, I told her I did not blame her for the error but that a resolution today would be greatly appreciated if possible. I said I would come by the store myself if they could have a substitute arrangement. They were completely out of flowers and greenery but offered to substitute an equal value patio plant. The selected planter was colorful and absolutely perfect in every way. Michelle went above and beyond in her efforts to make things right and I am very pleased.
